    Description
    We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team.

    As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to influence the design of products and services.

    This position requires a talented individual who can lead the development and execution of user research programs, ensuring that user-centered design principles are applied to deliver intuitive and valuable user experiences.

    3Ci's Client is a leading retail company in Atlanta. They are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional user experiences to their customers.

    Required Education and Experience


    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in UX Research, preferably in a senior role
    • Proven experience in conducting user research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, persona development, and journey mapping
    • Demonstrable experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
    • Experience working in design for ecommerce, retail, and/or supply chain
    General Requirements


    • Proficiency in using UX research tools and software
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate user needs, pain points, and behaviors effectively
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    Preferred Requirements


    • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred
    Essential Functions


    • Lead the development and execution of user research programs, considering both user needs and business objectives
    • Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis
    • Collaborate closely with Product/UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research data into innovative design solutions
    • Develop and maintain personas, journey maps, behaviors, and workflow analyses
    • Foster a culture of test and learn, establishing best practices and methodologies for user research
    • Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders effectively
    • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
    • Perform other tasks as required
