Culmen International is hiring a
Quality Program Analyst to provide support for the
Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and
will be onsite in Springfield, VA.



Roles and Responsibilities:
Support an organization with the unique focus of leading GEOINT research. Responsible for performing scientific research and transitioning innovative concepts and capabilities to hard problems. Support staff who can assist in the day-to-day coordination and data management that support these activities.

  • To be a Coach and Mentor to work with entire Ultimatum Team (including offsite contractors).
  • Teach principals and tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, Process Analysis, Benchmarking, etc.).
  • Conduct training and facilitation
  • Must be good with people and solid understanding of the process and tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' relevant work experience
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to sit for a CI Poly
  • 30% travel to other sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
