- Lead recruitment efforts for Managerial roles; place job opening ads, attend industry related job fairs, partner with local universities' career center, and manage internal candidate database.
- Identify top candidates for current and prospective clients.
- Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment.
- Manage various online job boards and the company's career site.
- Manage Applicant Tracking and HRIS.
- Collaborate with key partners weekly on open vacancies.
- "Promote from within" policy, should be, involved in the posting program. Under this program openings at all levels are posted, and employees can apply for any position for which they feel qualified.
- Act as liaison with area employment agencies.
- Work to recruit for positions in operations and management.
- Must be able to passively recruit with a variety of different techniques to attract the right talent.
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Works closely with hiring managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs.
- Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team to execute on the company's mission.
- Working knowledge of UKG a plus
- Familiar with ATS systems.
