Summary
Situated in the heart of Austin's 6th street entertainment district and just a short walk from the State Capital, the Driskill has always been the premier location to gather for business and social events.
The right person will have the ability to learn new computer programs, multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to the Sales, Events, Planning and Marketing Team
- Organizing internal bookings
- Answering phones while in the office and providing guidance to clients on behalf of Sales, Event and Planning Team
- Assisting Event Managers with incoming leads
- Effective management of small meetings, under 10 guests
- Prepare group resumes and event orders
- Positive collaboration with hotel departments and vendors
