At INDEX and TRAUB, we are one of the world's leading manufacturers of CNC lathes and turning centers.

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Technical Sales department for single-spindle lathes at our location in Reichenbach.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination and processing of customer orders for INDEX & TRAUB singlespindle lathes
Conducting startup meetings
Prestructuring and subdividing project components
Managing project execution in close collaboration with the application department
Coordinating interfaces, deadlines, and services with contract partners
Monitoring project progress and, if necessary, coordinating corrective measures with customers, contract partners, suppliers, and internal departments
Providing customer support (national and international)

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, ideally with prior vocational training or further education as a technician (m/f/d) or technical business administrator (m/f/d)
Solid knowledge of turning/milling technology is advantageous
Ability to implement and enforce, as well as a deadline and solutionoriented work style
Independence, organizational skills, communication skills, and a convincing demeanor
Excellent English skills
