For Welp Holding GmbH, we are seeking an experienced Group Controller.

Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as well as company planning for the group (integrated financial planning, longterm planning)
  • Identification of monthly target/actual variances and conducting and commenting on corresponding analyses
  • Provision of adhoc analyses on complex financial matters and preparation of decisionmaking bases for top management
  • Planning, optimization, and continuous assurance of uniform processes, tools, and reporting standards
  • Close collaboration with the controllers of the group's subsidiaries
  • Preparation of variance analyses and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Reporting to top management

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in economics, preferably with a focus on finance and controlling, and/or comparable education (certified accountant, controller training, etc.)
  • At least six years of relevant professional experience in the field of controlling or at a renowned auditing firm, as well as knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting
  • Experience in the manufacturing and/or automotive industry is
