- Install, program, system start-up/check-out, certify, and customer training on assigned projects.
- Runs wiring, installs hardware, and field terminate all devices.
- Inspect teams' and subcontractor's workmanship. Remove this line since this is not a foreman position
- Inspects and tests systems, batteries, and wiring; adjusts and repairs as required.
- Replaces malfunctioning hardware when necessary.
- Ensures installations comply with Stone Security Standards.
- Familiar with basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures unassisted, may require assistance with more complex specifications.
- Works closely with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager and assists in the overall coordination of specific projects; makes recommendations regarding quality of work and potential changes in scope and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction. - Performs other related duties as required.

- Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha and Bosch)
- Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch)
- Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading a security installation team.
- Aptitude for networking, computers and general IT is preferred.
- Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of related work experience required
- On-the-job training may be provided.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use hand and power tools to install hardware.
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Physically able to install system hardware and wiring.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. at a time.
