    Clinic RN Coordinator - Heart and Lung at UT Southwestern


    Are you passionate about providing compassionate care and working in a team environment? UT Southwestern, a world-renowned medical and research center in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for an Ambulatory Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our Heart and Lung Clinic.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure completion of patient quality metrics during clinic visits to meet ACO requirements.
    • Assign clinical duties to optimize workflows and ensure patient care requirements are met.
    • Provide leadership to clinical staff to coordinate patient care efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate follow-up care for patients to close care gaps according to ambulatory clinical quality standards.
    • Monitor patient communications to ensure timely responses and maintain quality care.

    Requirements:

    • Two (2) years of ambulatory clinical nursing experience preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate team-based care.
    • Proficiency in computer technology.
    • Ability to provide suggestions for improvement and assist in policy development.
