    Description
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a focus on Bodily Injury cases.

    As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice.


    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
    • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
    • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
    • Minimum [2] years of experience as a Trial Attorney, with a focus on Bodily Injury cases preferred.
    • Strong litigation skills, including experience in conducting trials and hearings.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
