    Salary:

Job Details If you are a dynamic, highly motivated litigation attorney with a passion for the legal industry, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our fast-paced, high-performing legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging, complex cases, and to contribute to our continued success in providing superior legal services. You must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on construction litigation and handling complex cases. The ideal candidate will be a senior litigator with strong due diligence skills and a proven track record as a trial attorney.

    Responsibilities As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include: 1. Representing clients in complex litigation cases.

    • Conducting thorough due diligence to ensure all relevant facts, laws, and precedents are considered in preparing cases.
    • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, and effectively communicating complex legal concepts and strategies.
    • Preparing and drafting a range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
    • Collaborating with other senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and conduct trials.
    • Participating in all phases of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
    Qualifications The successful candidate for the Litigation Attorney position will have: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

    • Admission to the state bar.
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on construction litigation.
    • Proven experience as a litigator and trial attorney.
    • Exceptional due diligence skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex legal concepts.
    • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
