    Description
    Magnolia Pool and Spa is hiring a Pool Repair Technician. Candidates must have at least 1+ years of experience in pool repairs.


    Job Duties:
    Strong working knowledge of pool chemistry and the ability to explain it to the client.
    Ability to troubleshoot repairs and explain needs to customers. Get approval for any repairs needed.
    Working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps.
    Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
    Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency.
    Work with office staff to ensure high degree of accuracy in billing.
    Improve processes and develop innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level.
    Complete daily records of worked performed.
    Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset.
    Manage customer care issues and complaints.


    Qualifications:
    1+ years of experience as a Pool Repair Technician.
    High degree of mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge of swimming pool operation systems.
    Familiarity with the different manufacturers/brands of equipment.
    Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with little oversight.

    Willingness to communicate and share knowledge and insight with customers in a tactful, respectful manner while presenting a professional image.

    Dedicated to meeting deadlines, possess strong customer service skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills.
    Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
    Valid Driver's License with 3 years of verifiable driving history & a clean driving record.

    Compensation:
    Hourly position - paid weekly. $20 to $25 hourly
