Telephone Operator / Customer Advisor / Call Center Agent (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Telephone presentation of our media concepts (ntv, RTL, Welt, Google and YouTube)
Telephone consultation with our customers
Scheduling appointments for field representatives
Data entry in the system

WHAT YOU BRING:

Experience with PC usage
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Interest in modern media
High level of teamwork, willingness to learn and initiative
