Description

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house.

The
Quality Specialist will work on our quality team conducting quality checks/inspections, maintaining SOPs, conducting investigations and driving improvements throughout the organization.

This fast-paced role will work in our manufacturing facility ensuring quality at every stage of fabrication. Training will be provided.

Requirements:

Must be able to read blueprints
5+ years of experience
Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools
Must have some experience welding
Experience conducting investigations, writing reports and recommending followup actions
Able to work at heights as needed
Travel: This role could involve national travel to job sites

Preferences

Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is helpful but not required
Microsoft Office skills
Prior quality control experience in a manufacturing, contruction, maintenance or other mechanical/electrical field
