- Lead economic and regulatory analyses on high-profile projects impacting labor, immigration, health, transportation, and other critical policy areas.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and objectives.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in sales activities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members, fostering their professional development and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand CUS's regulatory policy portfolio and enhance our reputation as a trusted advisor to government agencies and non-profit organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, or a related discipline; master's degree strongly desired.
- Seven (7) to ten plus (10+) years of experience in regulatoryeconomics, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions to clients in a federal agency or organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in economic and regulatory analyses in US policy areas.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
