Project Manager Location:
Washington DC Navy Yard (Hybrid Onsite Schedule) Marathon TS is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to provide crucial support to our clients DEVSECOPS Center of Excellence (DCE).
As a pivotal member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in project management to facilitate and oversee various complex assignments within the DoD acquisition environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate originality and innovation in problem-solving, possess a comprehensive understanding of ACAT programs, and be capable of delivering results under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management support to the DEVSECOPS Center of Excellence (DCE), overseeing multiple complex work assignments.
Demonstrate expertise in DoD Program Management and Acquisition Management for ACAT programs throughout the acquisition life cycle.
Develop and implement innovative methodologies to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Contribute to the development of performance metrics and deliverables to measure project success.
Operate with appreciable latitude in problem-solving, presenting solutions to challenges as they arise.
Maintain regular communication with company team leader to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
Uphold compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing DoD acquisitions
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Program Management and Acquisition Management for ACAT programs across the acquisition life cycle.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the DoD or related sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred
Work Environment:
The position is based at the Washington DC Navy Yard with a hybrid onsite schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work as appropriate.
The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, engaging with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to excellence in DoD acquisitions.
