    Description

    The QE will oversee the necessary activities to deliver to customers the required products satisfying technical/quality specifications and promised delivery.

    In this role, expect to develop quality control systems, inspect materials, quality equipment, processes and products. The client is a dynamic company based in Massachusetts, specializing in the production of innovative packaging solutions.

    Collaborate with operations managers to establish and implement controls and enhancements.
    Coordinate effectively with customer service, sales, and clients to promptly address and resolve quality issues.
    Guarantee that products meet both company and customer quality standards.
    Develop and enforce FFU quality specifications, test procedures, and equipment.
    Identify and apply quality statistical process control (SPC) systems.
    Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
    Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and provide recommendations.
    Monitor and evaluate quality performance.
    Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
    Degree in Quality, Packaging, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.


    • 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
    • Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
    • Certification as CQE and/or training in QMS
