- Collaborate with operations managers to establish and implement controls and enhancements.
- Coordinate effectively with customer service, sales, and clients to promptly address and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure that workflows, procedures, and products adhere to safety and SQF regulations.
- Guarantee that products meet both company and customer quality standards.
- Develop and enforce FFU quality specifications, test procedures, and equipment.
- Identify and apply quality statistical process control (SPC) systems.
- Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Develop sampling plans using attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Ensure compliance with SQF requirements.

Requirements Include:
• Degree in Quality, Packaging, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
• Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• ASQ certification preferred.
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• Master's degree is a plus for career growth
