    The Manager of Direct Marketing and Digital will be a key member of our marketing leadership team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital and direct marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

    Reporting directly to the VP of marketing this role will require a deep understanding of ecommerce, digital property management, SEO, direct marketing principles, data analytics, and team leadership.

    Responsibilities

    Website Strategy and Management:
    develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with business objectives. Oversee management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our web properties to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and security.

    Direct Marketing:

    Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns that are tailored to customer segments for optimal customer experience and revenue generation.


    SEO:

    Create and execute a SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence through internal efforts and in collaboration with external partners.


    Team Leadership:

    Build, lead, and mentor your team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with other departments such as brand, performance marketing, call center, sales and analytics to align website and direct marketing strategies with overall business objectives.


    Data Analysis and Insights:
    Utilize data analytics tools to understand website performance, user behavior and sales data. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize effectiveness.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, related field or equivalent experience.
    Proven track record of at least 5 years in website management and/or direct marketing with responsibilities in SEO.
    Experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS, website design and user experience optimization.

    Experience with direct marketing, specifically revenue generation through Email and SMS campaigns Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner and Google Analytics.

    Experience preferred with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and/or other similar platforms.
    Exceptional leadership and team management skills
