We are currently seeking a
Department Manager (m/f/d) with a strong sense of responsibility for the Cleaning department at our new location in Ludwigshafen.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Cleaning department.
  • You will monitor the technical functions of the facilities while adhering to applicable safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
  • Your tasks will include the business and entrepreneurial responsibility for the department's operations.
  • You will develop strategies and measures for performance optimization.
  • Creating current reports and statistics will be part of your daily tasks.

Your profile:

  • You have professional and managerial experience.
  • You have a qualification as a technician or master in the industrial or chemical field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel and a confident appearance round off your profile.
