Negotiator/Agreement Specialist/Expert for Right of Way Agreements and Land Management (m/f/d) in Field Service at Sugar Grove, PA
The
q4pm project management GmbH is a company of the quattron group, which includes:

the project management experts of q4pm,

- the management consultants of quattron management consulting and SNPC,
- the technical consultants and experts of NextRail, ViaCon, and other companies within this group.

We work with our national and international clients using teams specifically tailored to their project requirements, in order to successfully achieve their defined goals.

To expand our teams, we are looking for dedicated and highly motivated negotiators/
agreement specialists/experts for right of way agreements and land management (m/f/d) for our projects in Southern Germany.

Your tasks will include:

Acquisition of rights and ownership of land for infrastructure projects
Communication with landowners, tenants, associations, and municipalities
Coordination with project sponsors and institutions
Handling of damage and compensation settlements, including onsite inspections of properties
Compilation of projectrelated documents
Dealing with agricultural and planningrelated issues
Participation in onsite landowner dialogues
Document management
Reporting

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree or training in real estate, engineering, business, or law
Ideally, you have experience in right of way/land management
