    Job description:

    Seeking an expert engagement manager with telecom and Salesforce experience to lead a sales process and design discovery effort that will be the foundation for a B2B sales transformation.

    The engagement will include intense discovery, interviews, process/persona/journey mapping with several pods for a nationwide organization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Salesforce evaluation, design/configuration, and implementation
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communications Cloud Full-lifecycle experience
    • Experience with implementing systems in accordance with the Functional Blocks within OSS & BSS
    • Telecommunications management systems

    Required Skills:

    • Sales process optimization
    • Sales stakeholder and user experience analysis
    • Transformation design with process, org, and tools (including Salesforce adjacent)
