Under limited supervision the Technical Support Analyst- Tier III installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Provides technical leadership and support and resolves problems of a comprehensive and complex nature. In this position, you can expect to work with the newest technologies in a collaborative and agile team environment.

This position is a support role; however, to be successful in this role, this person must have coding experience (C#/.NET).

Responsibilities

Performs advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves complex system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.
Manage problem, or more in-depth, tickets that were escalated from Tier1 support.
Oversees and performs the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent education
C# or .NET CORE experience
Development experience with Microsoft SQL server
Experience with Agile/SCRUM processes
Experience with Windows 10/Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and Internet Explorer.
Innovative problem-solving ability
Persistence with problem solving even when experiencing setbacks
Ability to shift gears and learn new technology or information quickly
Effective time management and priority-setting skills
