    Equitable's Talent team is looking for a human resources professional who will provide operational management of our critical talent functions and contribute to our overall Talent and Employee Experience Strategy.

    What you'll do

  • This role also works closely with internal HR partners and stakeholders to consult on talent management needs and measure impact on business results
  • Client-aligned talent management support for our Governance functions (Legal, Audit, Finance, COO)
  • Work to create and facilitate innovative and engaging talent management solutions
  • Participate in design and development of Talent Management courses, programs, or resources
  • Assist in evaluating and delivering insights related to the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies
  • Provide objective insights on development opportunities and strengths of key talent segments
  • Serve as facilitator and/or producer for virtual training sessions or meetings related to Talent Management programs
  • Design presentations that effectively engage and communicate with all audiences
  • Contribute to team objectives and key results (OKRs) and help create a clear roadmap to crafting and executing on the team's initiatives

    • The base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $130,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
