- This role also works closely with internal HR partners and stakeholders to consult on talent management needs and measure impact on business results
- Client-aligned talent management support for our Governance functions (Legal, Audit, Finance, COO)
- Work to create and facilitate innovative and engaging talent management solutions
- Participate in design and development of Talent Management courses, programs, or resources
- Assist in evaluating and delivering insights related to the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies
- Provide objective insights on development opportunities and strengths of key talent segments
- Serve as facilitator and/or producer for virtual training sessions or meetings related to Talent Management programs
- Design presentations that effectively engage and communicate with all audiences
- Contribute to team objectives and key results (OKRs) and help create a clear roadmap to crafting and executing on the team's initiatives
- 5 years of prior experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree
- Direct experience with talent management programs
- Ability to prioritize and adapt with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Creative, innovative, strategic thinker who has designed ways to improve company talent processes and initiatives
- Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization
- Understanding of the value of aligning team capabilities with business goals and ability to develop staff, processes and operational relationships that support optimal performance
