Healthgram, a leader in employer-sponsored health plan administration, is looking to fill a position as Data Entry Specialist. This position will help build a foundational understanding of record keeping, health insurance claims, and strong clerical skills.-
Due to the nature of the work, this position works 100% in-office and does not offer any remote options._
What the Data Entry Specialist can expect:
- Key paper claims with speed and accuracy into system
- Upload and log keyed paper claims and other documents into electronic file system with accuracy
- Sort and lookup incoming claims via mail
- Scan paper claims into individuals scanned folders as requested
- Other assignments as assigned by management
What the ideal Data Entry Specialist will bring:
- High school diploma or greater
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multitasking and able to prioritize daily work assignments to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Selfmotivator that is able to work in fast pacedoffice environment
- Strong keyboarding skills (40 WPM or higher)
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
