    Job DescriptionSr. Manager / Technical Delivery Leader – ERP (Infor M3)Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Sr. Manager, Delivery, Infor M3 ERP systems with one of our premier clients in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent position with one of the largest and best employers in Atlanta. Hybrid schedule – 2-3 days/wk in the Atlanta office and 2-3 days/wk work from home. Overview: As a Technical Delivery Leader, your primary role is to oversee the technical delivery and continuous improvement of the Infor M3 solution landscape. This involves managing a team of technical professionals across various domains, including system administration, security, development, integration, and ongoing support to meet business and technology value needs. Team Description: In this role, you will lead a team of technical professionals dedicated to driving the successful delivery and support of Infor software solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the team's effectiveness in delivering value to the business and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities:
    • Plan, organize, and execute technical delivery and sustaining activities across the ERP ecosystem, providing oversight on technical design decisions and future improvements to enhance business value through technology innovation.
    • Lead and mentor a global team of technical professionals, including developers, administrators, engineers, and analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and supporting individual growth and development.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
    • Utilize expertise in Infor-related technologies to develop competitive delivery capabilities and innovative solutions.
    Required Skills:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP delivery, development, integration, administration, and support, with specific knowledge of ERP cloud solutions (ERP, IBP/Supply Chain, dEPM, etc.).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams, fostering talent development.
    • Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions that create long-term value.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
