Responsibilities:


  • Commissioning, configuration, and testing of PCs, workstations, and peripheral devices in the network
  • 1st level IT support or helpdesk for our employees in case of technical malfunctions and application issues
  • Documentation using a wiki and ticket system
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of IT projects
  • Classification, analysis, coordination, and resolution of error reports in the hardware and software environment

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist system integration (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant work experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent German and solid English skills
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365 products
  • Strong customer service orientation, enjoyment of advising and supporting employees, and efficient work methods
