This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is exempt salary, and pays a range of $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

We are in search of an experienced HR professional with a proven record of excellence in the field. In this position, you will be supporting the HR Manager in a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to our rapid growth. Responsibilities:

Assist with employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist with onboarding of new employees.
Assist with new hire orientation, training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives for employees.
Assist with, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
Promoting a positive workplace culture, organizing employee engagement activities, and measuring employee satisfaction.
Assist with processing of payroll.
Administering various types of leaves (sick, vacation, maternity, etc.) and coordinating with employees on their requests.
Informing employees about their benefits, options, and changes to benefit programs.
Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a HR administrative related position.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, such as employment law and labor laws.
A strong understanding of HR processes, such as onboarding, new hire orientation, payroll, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems and tools, as well as general office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suites, or other related software.
