We are in search of an experienced HR professional with a proven record of excellence in the field.

In this position, you will be supporting the HR Manager in a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to our rapid growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist with new hire orientation, training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives for employees.
  • Assist with, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture, organizing employee engagement activities, and measuring employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with processing of payroll.
  • Administering various types of leaves (sick, vacation, maternity, etc.) and coordinating with employees on their requests.
  • Informing employees about their benefits, options, and changes to benefit programs.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 23 years experience in a HR administrative related position.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, such as employment law and labor laws.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, such as onboarding, new hire orientation, payroll, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems and tools, as well as general office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suites, or other related software.
