    The HR Coordinator is responsible for the function of Human Resources to include: Reporting to the hospital CEO, the HR Coordinator provides human resources support to enhance employee engagement.

    Recruitment and onboarding new staff to include new employee and benefit orientation.

    Processes bi-weekly payroll, Resolves employee relations issues to include conflict resolution, investigations, time and attendance issues, investigates identified areas of concern.
