The Vincera Clinic Spreewald is a private clinic for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy with 45 beds located south of Berlin in the Spreewald region.

You can reach us in our natural setting via the A13 or by train (Lubolz train station).

Our motivated patients, who are privately insured, eligible for government subsidies, or self-paying, primarily suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other psychosomatic illnesses.

We treat these conditions using a holistic, integrative psychotherapeutic approach with a highly skilled team of specialized therapists, medical and psychological psychotherapists, and nursing experts.

To complete our team in the Spreewald region, we are currently seeking a
Medical Transcriptionist (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Transcribing medical correspondence (discharge reports, admission findings, extension requests, appeals, medical certificates)
  • Independently performing and managing general secretarial tasks
  • Assisting with general secretarial tasks and covering for the chief physician's secretary
  • Preparing/closing patient records for digital archiving
  • Working closely with and covering for the chief physician's secretary
