    What is the Job About?

    We are in need of a skilled Technical Designer to become a part of our team. This position is for a Full-Time role, initially Temporary for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Creating accurate and detailed technical flat sketches.
    • Conducting meticulous garment measuring.
    • Developing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Measurement Sets following industry best practices and brand-specific guidelines.
    • Collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent tech pack creation aligned with the brand's identity and affordability.
    • Participating in garment fittings with models and buyers.
    • Identifying and resolving fit and quality issues throughout the sampling process.
    • Adhering to the brand's design aesthetics and construction principles to bring designs from concept to reality.
    • Handling additional tasks and projects assigned by management.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Over 5 years of experience in the Fashion Industry with a focus on garment production.
    • Prior involvement in apparel production for Walmart is advantageous.
    • Education in Fashion Design, Product Development, or relevant field is a bonus.
    • Understanding of materials, construction techniques, and garment fitting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite software.
    • Experience with 3D design tools like Browzwear, particularly V-stitcher.
    • Familiarity with PLM systems such as Flex PLM or Andromeda NGC.
    • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Capability to adapt to changing priorities and directions swiftly.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
    • Strong analytical capabilities to manage details while keeping sight of overarching goals.
    • Self-motivated and proactive with effective time management skills.
    • Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform various physical tasks.
    • Must be present at our Culver City office five days a week.
    • Eligibility to work in the United States.
