- Inventory management, production part stock inventory, and replenishment
- Review production parts stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum
- Align replenishment quantity with demand
- Coordinate with the production planner and production manager on material requirements for planned production
- Communicate any production parts shortages/discrepancies to parts supervisor
- Report backorders to production planner, production manager, and supervisors
- Actively manage backorders with parts partners
- Actively track and report ongoing issues
- Process special orders from request to arrival of parts
- Responsible for communicating interdepartmental stocking fill rates
- Analyze optimal stocking level based on vendor lead time and part consumption
- Manage special projects or tasks as instructed by lead(s), supervisor(s), and manager(s)
- Support parts department in receiving, stocking, and backup as needed
- Triage washers and dryers to be rebuilt
- Work on in repairing and rebuilding washers and dryers
- Two plus years of manufacturing/production experience (or equivalent)
- Comfortable with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills - (Spanish a plus)
- Strict attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
- Comfortable making decisions and multitasking
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
