    Description

    Talent Space, Inc. is looking for Materials Coordinator for one of its clients in Santa Clara.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform physical transfer, shipping and receiving of raw materials, parts, and finished products.
    • Accountable for multiple sub inventory locations
    • Monitors material requirements and tracks movement with planning, purchasing, production and warehouses.
    • Ensure the accuracy of materials inventory physical and system transactions.
    • Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedule requirements.
    • Input inventory counts in a timely manner during weekly and monthly cycle counts.
    • Preparing assembly kits and liaised with assembler to be accountable of material movement and timely oracle transaction to ensure inventory accuracy physically vs Oracle ERP.
    • Perform weekly cycle count of the inventory, Investigate, and close the gap of the material discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • A team player that can communicate and feedback to co-worker and supervisor for any issues and findings for improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Knowledge of Oracle ERP system preferred.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, MS.Teams, Ms Outlook.
    • Experience in record keeping, data entry and inventory management
    • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
