    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare instruments through cleaning, setup, and assembly following instrument/operation SOPs.
    • Execute formulation/characterization runs safely and efficiently by conducting hands-on activities according to detailed experiment/assay protocols.
    • Perform drug loading and release assays in adherence to operational SOPs.
    • Maintain accurate batch records, lab notebook entries, and logbooks with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to good documentation practices.
    • Collaborate in troubleshooting formulation process/equipment issues and contribute recommendations for process enhancements.
    • Assist in the preparation of clean glassware, reagents, buffers, and solutions as needed for formulation processes/batches.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, DEA, FDA).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, biology, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences).
    • Possess 1-2 years of experience in an industry laboratory setting.
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience in polymer nanoparticle formulation, including encapsulation of protein/peptides and small molecule APIs.
    • Proficient in operating computer-assisted manufacturing and analytical equipment/software.
    • Familiarity with cGMPs and understanding of ICH guidelines are highly valued.
    • Exhibit strong organizational and project/time management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
