    Gold Mining Operation

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Supervisor to join a leading gold mining operation in Henderson, Nevada. This role is crucial for overseeing the safe and efficient operations of the Carbon-in-Column (CIC) plant and leach pads

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Leadership: Ensure the safe and cost-effective operation of the CIC plant and leach pads, directing plant operators and scheduling activities to meet production targets.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Team Development: Provide training, regular feedback, and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Collaboration: Maintain effective relationships with other departments, including Mining, Safety, Environmental, and HR.
    • Process Improvement: Develop and implement new practices and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate the needs for supplies, maintenance, equipment, and personnel.
    • Safety Oversight: Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections, ensuring compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations.
    • Performance Tracking: Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Annual salary: $96,200 - $100,900
    • Schedule: 4/10
    • Comprehensive Benefits Package:
    • Relocation Assistance: Provided, including a vanpool/transportation service to the site.
    • 401(k): Up to 6% company match, with 50% vesting at 1 year and 100% at 2 years.
    • Bonuses:
    • Quarterly bonus with a target of 12%
    • Annual bonus with a target of 5%
    • Insurance: Company-provided life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.
    • PPE Reimbursement: Annual reimbursement for boots and safety glasses.
    • Paid Time Off:
    • Two weeks of accrued vacation
    • Six observed holidays
    • Two additional days off

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED; a BS in Chemistry/Metallurgy or relevant experience is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in gold ore processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Specific Requirement: Experience with plant-heap leach operations is essential.

    • The mine is accessible via a designated vanpool service from several locations including Henderson, NV / Laughlin (NV) / Bullhead, AZ / Searchlight, NV / Cal Nev Ari, NV.
