- Performing laboratory tests following established procedures and protocols.
- Conducting quality control assessments daily and reporting issues promptly.
- Executing maintenance on equipment and ensuring accurate interpretation of results.
- Supervising and mentoring MT and MLT students.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Proficient in independent work, technical analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Understanding and addressing varying needs across different age groups.
- State licensure as a Medical Technologist and national certification as MT (ASCP) required.
- LIC CLT and LIC MTGS preferred.

Responsibilities
Position Summary: Under the guidance of the Chief Technologist and Medical Director, the Medical Technologist conducts clinical tests in various areas including blood bank, chemistry, serology, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, special chemistry, and/or microbiology.
