    Market Data Services Analyst

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Market Data Services Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll support our Index Licensing business by managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining data accuracy across our systems.

    1. Support client onboarding by providing product information, coordinating orders, and managing billing and reporting processes.
    2. Analyze and track licensing requirements for Index products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    3. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

    This position offers a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office in Philadelphia or NYC.
