- Supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IT solutions and services.
- Consult with relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance with RBC IT enterprise architecture.
- Provide leadership to 3rd party and internal IT resources, guiding and monitoring task completion, and sharing expert knowledge and advice.
- Provide technical recommendations based on objective evaluation of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with peers and management within the Dodge IT organization to provide world-class service to internal and external customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Management / Technology, or related fields (computer science, information science, software engineering, etc.).
- 2 - 5 years related experience.
- CNC Operations Experience.
- 3 - 5 years related experience.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Familiar with shop floor automation solutions.
- Familiar with CNC operations.
- Familiarity with various CNC manufactures.
- Familiarity with various CAM / CIM applications.
- G-code processors
- Vericut, MultiDNC, FANUC MT-LINK, Cimco, Cimpro (APT), Solidworks, Solidworks CAM, Esprit, MasterCAM, GibbsCAM, ProE, SketchUp, AutoCAD
- Ability to read / understand manufacturing drawings/blueprints.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one of:
