- Train, evaluate and coach staff. Resolve personnel performance issues.
- Perform continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, quality and costs.
- Responsible for training of employees in proper methods and procedures. Continues to develop and lead employees with on-going training.
- Prepare required reports and maintains data in SAP concerning department activities.
- Ensures conformance to safety rules and regulations, labor agreement and employee rules of conduct.
- Reviews production schedule for needs and accuracy.
- Produce quality parts and finished goods that meet established quality standards.
- Responsible to meet established productivity targets and develop and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Directly supervise and follows up on scheduled work with all employees in assigned area of responsibility.
- 1+ Years Experience in Manufacturing Environment, or related education.
- 3+ Years Supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of material, tooling, machine tools and manufacturing process.
- Proficient in use of computer applications - Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of safety management process.
