    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Inside Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at FASTSIGNS.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing our existing customer database to identify sales opportunities and qualify customers into purchasing levels based on vertical markets.

    Utilizing our CRM system, the specialist will develop and execute strategic next steps to generate new business opportunities within our book of business, thereby supporting the growth of FASTSIGNS and enhancing the productivity of our outside sales team.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Analyze the existing customer database to identify and segment opportunities based on purchasing behavior and vertical market alignment.

    Establish and track performance goals based on key metrics such as average order value, order frequency, lead-to-estimate conversion rates, estimate-to-order conversion rates, and the reactivation of dormant accounts as well as overall sales increase.

    Qualify customers into distinct purchasing levels to prioritize engagement and tailor sales strategies.
    Utilize CRM tools to document, track, and manage customer information and interactions, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

    Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, including calls, emails, and other communication methods, to nurture leads and advance sales opportunities.

    Collaborate with the outside sales team to transition qualified leads and provide the necessary support to close deals.

    Monitor and report on sales activities and pipeline status, providing insights and recommendations to improve business development processes that ultimately lead to increased sales.

    Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
    Achieve and exceed assigned targets and objectives related to business development and customer engagement.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the signage or related industry.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.

    Proficiency in CRM software(HubSpot a plus) and Google EnvironmentOutstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a talent for delivering persuasive and coherent messaging.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering results within deadlines. Knowledge of sales principles and practices, as well as an understanding of customer and market dynamics.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


    Working Conditions:
    Primarily in-office role with standard working hours.
    May require occasional travel for training or team meetings.

    Compensation:
