Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Home Helpers of Summit, NJ brand within the community, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.


Responsibilities:


Home Health Care Sales:

Demonstrate expertise in home health care sales, understanding the unique needs of our industry and effectively communicating the value of Home Helpers services.


Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong connections with social workers, doctors, nurses, and case managers across various healthcare settings to drive referrals and foster a collaborative network.


Sales and Marketing Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing objectives, along with sales projections, to guide business growth.


Performance Analysis:
Regularly analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Must have marketing experience in home health care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude with a strategic approach to marketing and sales.

Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.

Proven in-person sales experience. Preferably within the healthcare or home health care industry.
