General Description
Responsible for providing administrative support for all HR/Project Grant related issues. Ensures organizational effectiveness and efficiency within the human resources department and payroll aspect of the business department. This position will have considerable contact within all levels of the organization. Must be proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.


Minimum Qualifications
Three-five years of Human Resources experience required. High School diploma required. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written/verbal) and organization skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.


Responsibilities:

Assists HR department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all employees

Compiles reports from HRIS as needed

Scanning employee terminations files

Files employee and contractor papers/documents into files

Sends out education verifications for new employees

Sets new employees up on Relias, runs reports and monitors completion

Sends out 90 day probation letters to employees

Process health, dental, life insurance and AFLAC monthly bills

Assist with LOA's as needed

Assist with benefit enrollments as needed

Assists with various special projects

Assists HR Manager/Project Director with grant project

Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Full Time 40 hours per week
