    Responsibilities:

    • Supervision of tax engagements
    • Interaction with clients to discuss tax issues and new tax service opportunities
    • Coordination of client services
    Requirements:
    • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's of tax with 24 years of public accounting experience, including working with a variety of federal and multi-state tax returns for small to medium size businesses and their owners
    • A CPA certificate or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
    • Extensive accounting skills required
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skillsExcel, Word and Outlook
    • QuickBooks experience
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
    • Appropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct
    • Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
    • An attitude of continuous improvement
