Job DescriptionDescription:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Iron Tee Golf. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Ensure that all guest transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports as needed
Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
