    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Iron Tee Golf.

    As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
    • Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
    • Ensure that all guest transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports as needed
    • Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and pointofsale systems
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
