We are currently looking for you to join us as an intern (m/f/d) for a minimum of 6 months at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in the field of leadership development and talent management at our location in Berlin.
Your tasks:

You will support HR experts in various topics related to strategic leadership development and talent management
You will work on the conception, organization, communication, and implementation of visibility and networking events, and get to know career development tools for executives throughout the railway group
You will independently assist the team in the conceptual and operational implementation of projects
You will create management-oriented and creative presentations
You will take on tasks from our diverse daily business

Your profile:

You are studying business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a similar course with a focus on human resources
First practical experience, preferably in the conceptual field, is desirable and you are proficient in common MS Office programs
You are highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic
