As a customer service representative, you will work on trains and be the first point of contact for our passengers.
We are looking for you as a career changer for a retraining as a customer service representative in local transport (m/f/d) for DB RegioNetz Verkehrs GmbH (Kurhessenbahn) at the Kassel or Korbach location starting in July 2024.
What to expect during the retraining:
  • The retraining takes place over 3 months full-time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical training sections
  • The theoretical training takes place at the Marburg location, your practical assignments will usually take place at the later place of deployment
  • You will complete the retraining with a theoretical and practical exam
  • The training classes consist of approximately 10 participants
After the retraining, you will take on the following tasks:
  • You actively advise and support our customers on and off the train
  • You provide timetable and fare
