IT Systems Integration Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Installation, support, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Procurement of hardware
  • Installation, administration, and support of Windows client and server systems
  • Handling of service desk requests and incident reports in 1st level support
  • Configuration of software and conducting incident/problem analyses
  • Ensuring smooth workflow of IT applications, including necessary updates, and providing useroriented support
  • Ensuring ongoing IT operations and further development of IT infrastructure
  • Participation in IT projects

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as an IT systems integration specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent degree
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
