Join a leading global, dynamic, and innovative financial services company. Our client is a provider of innovative payment solutions - their mission is to help businesses optimize their payment processes while ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee 4 departments with approximately 70 employees, improve current processes, ensure maximum efficiency, and develop the team. In addition to controlling, accounting, and treasury, this role also includes employees from client profitability and SAP support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company and be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as all sales and corporate controlling processes.
  • After the SAP implementation at the team level: responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT transformation projects to improve company efficiency and performance.
  • Cost reduction and optimization: develop and implement strategies to reduce and optimize costs while considering company goals and requirements. Identify potential savings and initiate measures to improve cost efficiency.
  • Monitoring and reporting: continuously monitor cost development and performance, and create reports and analyses to evaluate performance. Present results and recommendations to management.
